Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on Hats.Pics.

Where we ship

We ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or any international addresses. Orders with ineligible shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Processing takes 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Delivery time

  • After processing, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous US.
  • Delivery estimates start from the shipping date, not the order date.
  • Delays can occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or holiday volume.

We offer free standard shipping on every order. No minimum purchase. No hidden fees.

Carriers

We use multiple carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Order tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery.

Incorrect address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@hats.pics. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and we do not refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
