Returns
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags and original packaging
- Not marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (clearly labeled on the product page)
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that show wear, odor, stains, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hats.pics with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email info@hats.pics or call +1 (770) 608-9881 to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Provide your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we will email you a free return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop off at the carrier‘s location. Keep your drop‑off receipt.

Return shipping cost
We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. No restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Refund processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days to your original payment method.
Refund completion time
Once we initiate the refund, your bank or PayPal may take 7 to 10 business days to show the credit. We cannot speed up this process.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Late or missing refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received your refund:
- Double‑check your bank or PayPal account
- Contact your bank or PayPal – they may have delays
- If still unresolved, email us at info@hats.pics with your order number
