Who we are
Hats.Pics is a small, online‑only hat retailer. We are based in Adairsville, Georgia, and sell exclusively through our website. We do not have a physical store that customers can visit.
What we do
We select and sell hats (caps, beanies, fedoras, bucket hats, sun hats, and other styles). Every product listed on our site is stored at our Georgia facility. When you place an order, we pack and ship it from that location. We are not a dropshipping marketplace or a third‑party aggregator.
Our business practices
- We ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states).
- We offer free standard shipping on every order.
- We accept returns within 30 calendar days. Return shipping is free.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- Refunds are processed within 1‑2 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or PayPal may take 7‑10 business days to show the credit.
Our address
5422 Adairsville Rd, Adairsville, GA 30103 is our business mailing address and returns processing center. It is not a retail store. We do not allow public visits or order pickups.
