Skilled Ecuadorian artisans use the processed leaves from the toquilla palm for the raw material. Transported as a hat body to Bailey’s Pennsylvania factory. the toquilla palm is processed. blocked. and trimmed by our skilled artisans in PA. Brooks has a Japanese grosgrain 2-toned band and a finely woven sweatband.?
